Installing Quality Management System (QMS) in the procedures and service provision in the Division Office has been our target in the past couple of months. QMS not only ensures best service to our clients, but also establishes a mechanism to continuously improve this service through time by reducing operational inefficiencies and enhancing customer satisfaction. We revisited each of our processes to align them with all statutory and regulatory ISO 9001:2015 requirements for us to provide World Class service aligned to the Vision, Mission and Core Values of the Department of Education.
